Size and fit
Compression sizing is not shirt sizing. Here is the part that actually decides it.
Every piece here stretches onto you, so the letter on the label describes a range rather than a measurement. Take your chest over bare skin with the tape level, write the number down, and only then look at a chart.
The chart printed by the maker is the one that governs the piece you are buying, and the buy button takes you straight to it. What this page can tell you is which sizes exist on which shelf, because that varies more than most men expect.
Sizes S to 4XL appear somewhere in the range. 50 pieces come in L and 8 come in 4XL, so the top of the chart is thinner than the middle.

Two rules worth more than a chart
If you are between two sizes and the piece has a doubled panel, take the larger one. If it is a single layer, take the smaller. Going up a size does not give you a gentler version of the same garment. It puts the panel in the wrong place.
On sweat bands, plainly
The waist shelf includes neoprene trimmers, and they attract a claim we will not make. The Federal Trade Commission wrote a guide for editors on spotting false weight loss claims, and the sentence underneath the whole category is this one.
Even for the most effective products, services, or programs, weight loss of more than a pound a week over a long period is unusual.
